AI Angler

AI-judged catches for competitive fishing tournaments.

What it is

AI Angler is a tournament platform for competitive fishing: anglers photograph their catch on a bumpboard, AI reads the length from the photo, and tournament staff judge and rank entries on live leaderboards.

It spans a mobile app for anglers and a web side for the people running the tournament.

Why it exists

Tournament judging is slow, manual work: humans squinting at hundreds of photos of fish on rulers. AI Angler cuts that down - when the AI measurement and the angler agree, the catch can sail through; only the disputed ones need human eyes.

It is built at Tuul, where I head product - my part is shaping how measurement, judging, and tournament flows fit together into something staff actually trust.

What it gets you

Organizers get faster, more consistent judging and leaderboards that update themselves.

Anglers get quick verdicts on their catches and live standings instead of waiting on a judging table.
